Sales Coordinator

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate closely with other departments to support key tasks and priorities
• Respond proactively to sales queries, client follow-ups, and internal requests
• Generate new business leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Collaborate with on-field salespersons for lead follow-up and closures
• Handle internal documentation and ensure timely reporting
• Maintain well-organized sales data and client databases
• Conduct data analysis and prepare periodic sales reports
• Track progress of sales targets and assist in strategy alignment

🧠 Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic analysis, report making)
• CRM knowledge
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset
• Highly organised, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Experience in lead generation or sales coordination is a plus
