Job Summary:

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing for print jobs (e.g., brochures, business cards, signage, packaging, etc.).
  
• Prepare and follow up on estimates, price quotes, and proposals for printing services.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of print orders.
  
• Track orders from quotation through to delivery and invoicing, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  
• Maintain and update CRM system and customer databases with job details, contacts, and communications.
  
• Handle client communication to confirm job specifications, timelines, proofs, and revisions.
  
• Support sales reps with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing samples or portfolios.
  
• Monitor inventory levels of paper, ink, and other materials and liaise with procurement or suppliers as needed.
  
• Generate and analyze sales reports, performance data, and customer feedback to support sales planning.
  
• Assist with marketing support, including organizing print promotions, events, or trade show materials.
  

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the

  printing, signage, or packaging

  industry.
• Familiarity with printing processes and terminology (offset, digital, large-format, etc.) is highly preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
