Opportunity for Sales Coordinator
We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Female Sales Coordinator from the local area to join our dynamic team. As a key support role, you'll manage customer relationships, process orders, and ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong customer relationships and manage orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in CRM i.e. Tally, QuoteWerks
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Emailing.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Edit & design social media posts using Canva and other photo editing tools.
