Responsibilities:
- Visit potential & existing clients across industries to generate and grow business.
- Understand packaging requirements and offer the right solutions.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets that contribute to overall company growth.
- Keep records of visits, leads, and conversions to track progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Based out of Ahmedabad, or nearby areas.
- 2 to 3 years of field sales experience (B2B/industrial/packaging preferred).
- Strong communication (written & verbal; Hindi/Gujarati), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working on the field.
- Must have a valid driving license
