Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery, Transactions, Mortgages, Home furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. The company is building disruptive B2B proprietary platforms for stakeholders such as Developers, Financial Institutions, and Agents. Square Yards facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth more than $1 billion annually, with profitable economics. A significant portion of its revenues comes from global markets including the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards leverages Data Analytics and VR tools to disrupt traditional marketplaces and aims to build the first MLS in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Gurgaon. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential clients, presenting products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales closing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Strong understanding of the proptech industry and market trends
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
