Responsibilities
· Generate sales leads and close sales through phone calls.
· Manage and update the CRM database with customer information.
· Identify customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions.
· Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Create and deliver reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies.

Creating sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights into sales performance
Sales Performance Analysis:
· Sales Revenue: Tracks the total revenue generated by the sales team.
· Sales Growth: Measures the increase or decrease in sales revenue over a specific period.
· Average Purchase Value: Calculates the average amount spent by customers on each purchase.
· Sales by Contact Method: Identifies which communication channels (phone, email, etc.) are most effective for closing deals.
· Average Sales Cycle Length: Determines the average time it takes to move a deal from initial contact to closure.
