Major Complaint log‐in
Making Daily reports of Material IN And Out Closing Sheet.
Commissioning And Due Service Follow‐ups.
Collecting invoices and payments from customers for services rendered.
Co‐ordination with key HO for on time arrange and materials dispatch.
Focus on service revenue, paid Job and O/W and Amc Customers
Customer retention/satisfaction.
