Objective - To help establish a disciplined and policy-driven company system by implementing structured processes, ensuring effective data management, supporting team members, and driving strategic activities through ERP and regular review mechanisms. Key Responsibilities - - Support the implementation of a policy-driven company system and structured meeting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) via ERP. - Assist and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. - Conduct data mining and prepare reports on TP deviations, missed calls, and coverage. - Maintain fare route charts and other key records in ERP. - Analyze sales data (brand-wise, HO-wise) and maintain the “Care for You” doctor database. - Track corporate doctor visits and support customer engagement monitoring. - Manage distribution of samples, gifts, and visiting cards as per policy. Required Skills & Qualifications - - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Effective communicator and team player.
