Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our gifting business. This role will serve as the bridge between clients, the sales team, and operations — ensuring smooth execution of gifting projects from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client outreach and follow-ups for gifting inquiries and proposals
• Coordinate with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedback across the sales cycle
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders
• Create and update pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
• Maintain and track the status of ongoing deals, leads, and client communications
• Assist in post-delivery follow-ups, basic reporting, and database management
• Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate internal updates
• Support the sales team in researching clients, preparing material, and maintaining documentation
• Handle occasional logistics coordination or vendor follow-ups as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Communications preferred but not necessary)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or support roles
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Interest in gifting, design, or working in purpose-led businesses is a plus
