Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales orders from receipt to execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.
Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
Utilize ERP systems to track sales orders, manage inventory levels, and analyze performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries and concerns.
Ensure accurate payment follow-ups and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field.
Strong understanding of Order Management, Dispatch Planning, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up processes.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for managing sales orders and tracking inventory levels.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone calls/emails/chats.

Regional Language Proficiency (Malayalam/Kannada)
