Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and smooth operations of the sales department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Database and Record Management:
  • Maintain and update the customer database and sales records accurately.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyses for management review.
  • Ensure all sales-related documents are properly filed and organized.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate and communicate sales strategies, promotions, and offers to the team and customers.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment related to the sales department.
  • Sales Strategies and Planning:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide feedback to the sales manager and team.
  • Help identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
