Known for our freshly baked products, warm hospitality, and customer-first approach, we are growing rapidly with currently having 8 outlet around Delhi NCR and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our journey. Role Overview The Sales Executive will be the face of Shortcrust Bakes, responsible for driving customer engagement, boosting sales, and ensuring every customer has a delightful experience at our outlet. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing products. Actively promote new products, seasonal offerings, and ongoing promotions. Maintain product knowledge to recommend items based on customer preferences. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and issue receipts accurately. Ensure the outlet displays, counters, and shelves are always neat, clean, and well-stocked. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Support the team in meeting overall outlet performance goals. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems preferred. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service (freshers welcome). Proficiency in English and local language.
