Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Aadhya Engineers Represents Dupont Amberlite Ion exchange for India
We require
Sales Coordinator with basic chemistry knowledge
Segment/Customers we handle

Chemical processing
Pharma
Semiconductor
Food & Beverage

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Dupont Amberlite Resin (Ion Exchange Resin) with sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Key

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email,
Sending Questionnaire, Coordinating with Dupont technical team and Aadhya Engineers team
Follow up with customers on quotations and orders.

2. Technical & Product Knowledge

Understand basic chemical properties, specifications, and applications of products.
Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs.
Product training will be provided post joining.

3. Order Management

Ensure proper documentation for sales and dispatch.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a database of customers, prospects, and key contacts.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.

Qualifications

B. Sc in Chemistry

Experience:

1 to 8 years in sales coordination, customer service, or related field

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
