● Provide operational support to the sales team.
● Assist with proposals, quotations, and presentations.
● Process customer orders from entry to delivery.
● Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and documentation.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
● Ensure orders meet client specifications and delivery expectations.
● Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfillment.
● Monitor inventory and stock movement with purchasing.
● Support sales team in meeting targets.
● Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
● Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery.
● Prepare and manage sales contracts and terms.
