Sales Coordinator/ Invoicing Executive

JOB OPENING : INVOICING-EXECUTIVE /SALES CO-ORDINATOR

COMPANY :SMART INGREDIENTS PVT LTD / KWICKFIX INDUSTRIES PVT LIMITED Work Experience: (3-5 years in field of Sales Co-ordination and CRM )

Qualification:Graduation/Post Graduation Location: Mumbai Job Description:  Primary role of creating dispatch schedules, generating Tax Invoices and E Way Bill through Tally & Zoho.

 Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory

 Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

 Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads

 Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates

 Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products

 Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale

 Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone

 Establish active communication and engagement with sales representative and Business Development manager to ensure that orders are processed promptly

 Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

 On time order processing and Documentations

 Effective supply chain management and logistics Functional

Competencies: Advance knowledge of Tally ERP, Billing and GST Modules, Ms Office and English Verbal and Writing proficiency Behavioural

Competencies: Good Communication skills- verbal and written; Analytical mindset; Fast learner; Team Player. Additional

Requirements: Language Proficiency in English.
