supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication, bridging the gap between sales reps, management, and clients to help achieve sales targets through organization, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining sales materials

• Sales Support:

  Assist sales reps with presentations, proposals, and customer communication.

• Coordination:

  Schedule meetings, coordinate team activities, and liaise with other departments (marketing, logistics).

• Administrative:

  Process orders, manage customer databases (CRM), update records, and handle general administrative duties.

• Reporting:

  Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track team goals/quotas.

• Customer Service:

  Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

• Training:

  Assist with onboarding and training new sales staff.

• Inventory:

  Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials.

Essential Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales techniques knowledge.
