Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at CRYOPDP, your role will involve supporting the sales team in the Cold chain industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing Sales Support by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential and existing customers. - Coordinating with the sales team to track sales performance, monitor targets, and provide necessary reports. - Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and product orders. - Participating in an online bidding platform with maximum query closure. In terms of Order Management, you will be required to follow up with customers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining regular communication with customers for incremental business is crucial. Your role will also involve Customer Communication, where you will act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries or issues regarding orders, product availability, and shipments. Providing product information, pricing details, and promotional material to customers as needed is also part of the role. Database Management will be another key aspect of your job, as you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and efficient tracking. Furthermore, you will need to provide Administrative Support by preparing regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance metrics. In terms of Compliance & Documentation, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Maintaining accurate documentation of transactions and adherence to company policies will be essential. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales processes, regulatory standards, and product knowledge is a plus. Language skills in English, Hindi, or any other regional language will be an added advantage. Specific experience and knowledge required include the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends is also beneficial. Interpersonal skills such as strong communication and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and sales management software are essential. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction are key attributes for success in this role.,
