Job Description

Role & responsibilities

.Handle customers from enquiry generation to payment collection

. Prepare quotes

Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Calling leads to generate enquiries and orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales orders, including tracking inventory levels and scheduling shipments.
Provide marketing support by preparing reports on sales performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
Assist in managing customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
