Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Manage sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.

Market Development

Identify new business prospects by visiting potential clients, attending industry events, and networking within the community.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

Daily reporting of client visits, leads generated, and follow-up actions is mandatory.
