Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Manage sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
  • Market Development

    • Identify new business prospects by visiting potential clients, attending industry events, and networking within the community.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Daily reporting of client visits, leads generated, and follow-up actions is mandatory.
