Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support and learn end-to-end on-ground sales coordination, CRM operations, reporting, and performance tracking.


This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a structured career in sales operations, coordination, and management. The candidate will work closely with the Sales team, CRM team, Regional Development Managers (RDMs), and senior management, with hands-on exposure and structured training across core sales functions.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Site Coordination


Coordinate with on-site sales executives and marketing teams

Support planning and execution of site visits and sales activities

Assist in aligning and guiding site sales staff

Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and site visits

CRM & Lead Management


Learn and manage lead follow-ups using Zoho CRM

Ensure timely contact with all incoming leads

Update lead status, activities, and follow-ups daily

Track conversions, orders, and closures in the CRM

Maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

Reporting & Performance Tracking


Prepare and share daily reports:


Start of Day (SOD)

Mid of Day (MOD)

End of Day (EOD)

Assist in weekly and monthly performance reports


Support internal performance reviews during sales cycles


Share MoMs after key meetings and review calls


Meetings & Team Alignment


Participate in daily scrum meetings (morning & evening)

Share updates, action items, and follow-ups with teams

Coordinate with RDM and CRM teams for issue resolution

Support discussions focused on closures and conversions

What You Will Learn

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)

candidates preferredFreshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

Comfortable with on-site work in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Willing to work six days a week

Strong interest in sales, coordination, and management roles.
