Job description
Department: Sales
Location: Noida, Sector 80
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communication with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain
how these needs could be met by specific products and services in consonance withSales HoD.2. Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or
applications.
3. Coordinating the registration process with various PSUs and government entities like
CPWD and the GEM portal, ensuring seamless compliance and operational integration.
4. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, and following leads fromexisting clients.5. Preparation and follow-up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating termswith the client at a cost best suited for them.6. Responding to Customer Queries and give On-sales support when requested.7. Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developedstrategies to improve.8. Provide feedback to the HoD of the product design team so that products can betailored to clients' needs.9. Coordination with Pre-Sales for compilation of Technical Responses for clientsubmission/communication.10. Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information.11. Answer customers' questions and maintaining their records.12. Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, orother information pertaining to ongoing cases.13. Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.14. Process initiate for installation and testing of products.15. Verify that materials lists are accurate and that delivery schedules meet projectdeadlines.16. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems (if any).
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong computer literacy are required.3. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently isessential.4. Proven capability to collaborate effectively with management and team across alllevels.
5. Must have experience of 1 - 4 years in GEM Portal, Tendering, Sales Documentations.
