Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily operations including client communication, data entry, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update sales trackers, client databases, and MIS reports.
• Support documentation for tenders, bids, and customer contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, engineering, purchase, etc.) to gather inputs required for proposal preparation.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations and supporting documentation.
• Track sales activities, pending proposals, and overall order status.
• Prepare, format, and submit technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to collate necessary information and ensure proposal completeness.
• Review all proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
• Maintain records of all submitted proposals, track due dates, and document client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or proposal drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and documentation processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
