Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with daily operations including client communication, data entry, and follow-ups. Maintain and regularly update sales trackers, client databases, and MIS reports. Support documentation for tenders, bids, and customer contracts. Coordinate with internal departments (design, engineering, purchase, etc.) to gather inputs required for proposal preparation. Follow up with vendors for quotations and supporting documentation. Track sales activities, pending proposals, and overall order status. Prepare, format, and submit technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements. Work closely with technical teams to collate necessary information and ensure proposal completeness. Review all proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission. Maintain records of all submitted proposals, track due dates, and document client feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or proposal drafting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and documentation processes. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the pharmaceutical machinery, capital equipment, or engineering solutions industry.

As a Manager for Sales in the Pharma Machine Manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding sales in the international market. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive growth in the region. Proven experience in sales of equipment for sterile liquid manufacturing and packaging is highly preferred. Candidates with significant experience in other pharmaceutical machinery segments such as containment systems, water treatment systems, oral solid dosage (OSD) equipment, or cream/ointment processing lines are also encouraged to apply. A strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with any international market such as Russia/CIS countries, Latin America, North America, Africa, the Middle East, or the Oceania region, along with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape in these areas, will be a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing market penetration. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, generating new leads, organizing product demonstrations, and participating in relevant industry events to showcase products and services. Additionally, you will be required to prepare sales forecasts, track metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, preferably in a technical discipline. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales in the pharma machinery or related industry, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, machinery, and equipment. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience managing sales teams and willingness to travel frequently within the region for client visits and business development are also required.
