Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations related to Conveyor Systems and heavy machinery solutions. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling customer appointments, and presenting Convelines products
• The role includes understanding customer requirements, preparing inquiries, and supporting follow-ups and order closures
• The candidate will assist with order entry, documentation, quotations, and administrative coordination
• Additional responsibilities include managing incoming customer calls, assigning leads, maintaining sales reports and customer records, coordinating internal communication, supporting exhibitions, tracking dispatches, and ensuring timely client updates
• The candidate must also develop an understanding of industrial machinery and conveyor systems

Requisite Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

  MBA in Marketing

  , or a related field
• Candidates should have experience in sales engineering within the industrial machinery sector
• Strong knowledge of sales support, lead generation, marketing coordination, quotations, and proposals is required
• Proficiency in English communication, MS Office, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential
• Knowledge of Conveyor Systems, Packaging, Food, or Pharma Machinery is preferred
• Strong communication skills are a must
