Job Description

Experience: 3–5 Years Location: CHENNAI Industry: Security & Surveillance / Electronics / CCTV Summary: A Sales Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in CCTV/security is needed to support sales operations, manage customer interactions, process orders, and coordinate logistics to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales, distributors, and internal teams for order fulfillment Handle customer inquiries on CCTV products (IP, Analog, PTZ, NVR/DVR, etc.) Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments and deliveries Manage ERP/CRM data: pricing, stock, and order tracking Support channel partner onboarding and sales documentation Liaise with warehouse/logistics for dispatches Provide post-sales support (warranty, service, etc.) Coordinate with technical teams for demos and queries Generate sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly MIS) Requirements: 3–5 years in a similar sales coordination role, preferably in CCTV/electronics Knowledge of CCTV products and accessories Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.) Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Show more Show less
