Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage customer
quotations,

proforma invoices and proposals
.
Support sales team in
pre-sales and post-sales
activities.
Coordinate with
vendors for timely procurement and service support.
Maintain customer records, follow up on inquiries, and ensure order processing.
Assist in documentation, reporting, and MIS related to sales operations.
Act as a link between clients, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of quotation and order management
Vendor management & negotiation
MS Office / ERP proficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

Any Graduation
2-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role in manufacturing/industrial domain.
