Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist with managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the sales team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sales activities and provide support to the sales team. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and sales-related documents. Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product availability. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Liaise between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
