Job Description

We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator

Location:

About the Role

dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Female)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with
sales teams, distributors, and super stockists
for smooth order execution
Manage
order processing
from order confirmation to dispatch, delivery, and feedback
Maintain and update
trackers, sales reports, and dashboards
using
Advanced Excel
Monitor
super stockist performance
, sales targets, and stock movements
Assist in creating
pricing sheets, sales proposals, and presentations
Resolve day-to-day issues with distributors, stockists, and internal teams
Collaborate with
Accounts & Logistics
to manage billing, inventory, and delivery queries
Keep accurate records of
invoices, stock levels, and order statuses

Candidate Profile

Female candidates only
Graduate (Preferred:
B.Com / BBA
)
4-9 years
of experience in
Sales Coordination / Backend Sales Operations
Proficient in
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
Experience with
super stockists or distribution networks
is highly desirable
Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Exposure to
ERP systems
is a plus
