Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide timely responses.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Order Management:
Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in order details.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Track orders and provide updates to the sales team and customers.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate sales reports, including sales performance metrics, forecasts, and inventory updates.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team and management.
Team Coordination:
Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
Marketing and Communication:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Communicate product updates, promotions, and new offerings to the sales team and clients.
