The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs and objectives.
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Interest in home dcor or interior styling
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, 6-days working with 1 rotational weekly off
