Role Overview As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new members, handling walk-ins and leads, and ensuring excellent customer relaƟonships. You will represent the brand to prospecƟve members, showcasing the facility, programs, and lifestyle benefits. This is a performance-driven role with aƩracƟve incenƟves and growth opportuniƟes for achievers.
Key ResponsibiliƟes
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, renewals, and upgrades.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate Ɵe-ups, outreach acƟviƟes, and local markeƟng campaigns. Conduct engaging gym tours and sales presentaƟons to convert prospects into members.
Promote and upsell personal training packages and ancillary services.
Manage all inquiries (in-person, telephonic, and online) with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate lead follow-up using CRM tools and ensure high conversion
Build strong relaƟonships with members to encourage referrals and long-term retenƟon.
Support branch-level promoƟonal events and markeƟng iniƟaƟves.
Ensure alignment with brand standards and superior member experience.
