Sales Consultant

Role Overview As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new members, handling walk-ins and leads, and ensuring excellent customer relaƟonships. You will represent the brand to prospecƟve members, showcasing the facility, programs, and lifestyle benefits. This is a performance-driven role with aƩracƟve incenƟves and growth opportuniƟes for achievers.

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, renewals, and upgrades.

 Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate Ɵe-ups, outreach acƟviƟes, and local markeƟng campaigns.  Conduct engaging gym tours and sales presentaƟons to convert prospects into members.

 Promote and upsell personal training packages and ancillary services.

 Manage all inquiries (in-person, telephonic, and online) with professionalism and urgency.

 Maintain accurate lead follow-up using CRM tools and ensure high conversion  

 Build strong relaƟonships with members to encourage referrals and long-term retenƟon.

 Support branch-level promoƟonal events and markeƟng iniƟaƟves.

 Ensure alignment with brand standards and superior member experience.
