Role Overview: As a member of the team at the Honda Authorized Car Dealership, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers in the showroom. Your main focus will be to understand the vehicle needs of customers thoroughly and provide them with information on vehicle features, warranty details, pricing, and financing options in a clear and concise manner. Conducting test drives and handling documentation accurately and efficiently will also be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in the showroom - Explain vehicle features, warranty details, pricing, and financing options clearly - Conduct test drives and ensure accurate documentation completion - Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Stay updated with product knowledge, new models, and emerging automotive technologies - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics - Collaborate with finance and service departments for seamless delivery processes - Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and customer details Qualifications Required: - Passion for the automotive industry - Enjoy working in a customer-centric environment Company Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in person at the dealership.
