Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads across industries Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and networking Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitch decks Manage pipeline, negotiate, and close deals independently Develop deep knowledge of our services and industry Capture learnings and improve sales processes Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related) 1+ year of business development/sales experience in research or professional services (exceptional fresh graduates considered) Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and process-oriented Why Join Us?
