JOB TITLE: Sales Consultant

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Sales Consultant plays a dual role of managing the operational delivery of research projects while supporting the sales team in client management, revenue growth and seamless execution. This position bridges client relationships, project execution and internal coordination, ensuring excellence in delivery, efficiency in process and optimization of client satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Account Directors and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure all client requirements are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:





Project Management & Delivery


  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all client and consumer requirements are met with precision and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans including timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.

  • Review survey questionnaires for alignment with specifications and recommend best practices.

  • Coordinate sample and quota management, ensuring accurate fulfillment and data integrity.

  • Monitor field progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Perform data quality checks, manage reporting, and ensure delivery accuracy.

  • Protect and enhance the consumer experience throughout the research lifecycle.


Sales & Client Management


  • Support Account Directors and Business Development Managers in managing and growing client portfolios across multiple sectors (market research agencies, brands, advertising, PR, academic, etc.).

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to identify opportunities, present Pureprofile s offerings, and maximize revenue potential.

  • Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and project specifications based on client requirements.

  • Contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs through active participation in sales activities and follow-ups.

  • Maintain client relationships by ensuring timely communication, quality delivery, and a high standard of customer service.

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to represent Pureprofile s services and solutions effectively.


Operational & Administrative Excellence


  • Ensure detailed project briefs, specs, and documentation are accurately captured and maintained in Salesforce/CRM.

  • Track and update all client interactions, meetings, and project milestones in CRM systems.

  • Prepare daily or periodic progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.

  • Maintain compliance with best practices, internal policies, and accreditation requirements.

  • Coordinate with finance and operations for accurate billing and project closure documentation.

  • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when required.


WORKING LOCATION: India



ABOUT YOU:


  • 5 - 7 years experience in a similar client-facing, delivery or coordination role (project management, operations or sales support).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects and timelines effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets while contributing to team and company goals.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and task management tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
