Sales Consultant

You will be joining Sehgal Autoriders as part of our dynamic team, where we are seeking individuals who are smart, passionate, and possess a go-getter attitude for various vacancies available across different levels and verticals. As a candidate, you should have a strong desire to work in a competitive environment and a passion for learning new processes. Your responsibilities will include pre-sales activities such as lead generation, referrals, and offering test drives to customers. In sales, you will be involved in selling cars, accessories, exchange services, finance options, insurance products, and loyalty cards. Post-sales tasks will involve delivery and service coordination. You will need to understand customers" finance requirements and provide guidance on available options and documentation based on their profiles. It will be crucial for you to keep track of customers" car-related needs and provide them with regular updates. Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction will be key to your success. Ideally, you should have a background in sales within the auto, retail, hospitality, aviation, or related industries. The preferred industry qualifications include automobile, hospitality sales, service industry, etc., and a minimum graduation degree is required. To excel in this role, you must be result-oriented, a team player, have good product knowledge, and a flair for the automobile industry. Experience or knowledge in retail finance, insurance, exchange services, etc., will be advantageous. Excellent communication and selling skills are essential, along with a customer-centric approach. A valid car driving license is compulsory for this position. The expected experience level ranges from a minimum of 1 to 3 years, and the location of this opportunity is in Pune.
