Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance/insurance options, and current offers.

• Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth showroom experience.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.

• Prepare sales quotations, process documentation, and coordinate vehicle delivery.

• Maintain product knowledge of all vehicle models and stay updated on competitors.

• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Maintain showroom display standards and participate in promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing ability.

• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM is an advantage.

• Prior sales experience (automobile preferred).
