Job Description

Understand customer needs, explain vehicle features, and build rapport to encourage sales.
Conduct test drives, negotiate final prices, and facilitate the completion of sales contracts.
Maintain a customer database, follow up with potential buyers, and participate in prospecting activities.
Stay current on new vehicles, features, accessories, and competitors through training and self-study.
Complete paperwork, assist with showroom setup, and provide reports to sales management.
Work with other departments like finance and service, and collaborate with the sales manager and team to meet targets.
