We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and skilled at converting leads into customers through persuasive communication and excellent customer handling. Key Responsibilities: Make 250+ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present relevant products/services. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM. Follow up with warm leads and close sales over the phone. Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with field sales and operations for order handover and fulfillment. Participate in training, product updates, and performance reviews. Required Experience & Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or sales calling roles. High school diploma or any equivalent qualification; graduation preferred but not mandatory. Skills & Attributes Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with high call volumes and repetitive outreach. Customer-centric approach with good handling and negotiation skills. Target-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.
