Role Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships,

driving business growth, and supporting the expansion of our insurance solutions portfolio.

This is a client-facing role that demands strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach,

and a proactive mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Product Expertise & Learning:

Develop a deep understanding of business and personal insurance products such as

Jewellers Block, Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, and Employee Benefit Policies.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving client needs.

•⁠ ⁠Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Engage with new prospects and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients.

Facilitate onboarding, understand their unique risk profiles, and offer tailored

insurance solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Client Servicing & Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely

communication, policy servicing, renewals, and claims support.

•⁠ ⁠Team Enablement:

Support and train team members to build organizational capability and service

excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to share product knowledge and client

insights.

•⁠ ⁠Corporate Sales Engagement:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as CFOs,

CHROs, and senior decision-makers in corporate accounts to drive business insurance

sales.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Relevant experience in Sales Role is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Highly professional, self-driven, and result-oriented

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrates a learning mindset, coachability, and active listening

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with insurance industry products and practices is appreciated

•⁠ ⁠Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable coverage
