Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Relationship Building:
• Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct site visits and property tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Capkon's projects.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Present sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure deals and close sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Market Knowledge & Reporting:
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaboration & Administration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to leverage branding efforts and generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure a smooth and seamless closing process for clients.
• Assist in preparing sales documents, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
