Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at our client's global consulting firm engaged with a leading player in the building materials sector, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the GTM strategy to enhance sales effectiveness and drive sustained revenue impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Analysing existing sales and distribution processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. - Developing and implementing GTM strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and customer needs. - Working closely with client sales leadership to drive capability building and adoption of new GTM approaches. - Designing sales structures, incentive plans, and channel strategies aligned to growth objectives. - Supporting operational execution of GTM plans, including piloting initiatives and measuring impact. - Presenting findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 6+ years of relevant sales and go-to-market experience within the building materials sector. - Strong understanding of distribution networks, channel management, and commercial operations. - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies in a B2B context; FMCG sales experience is also valued. - Proven ability to work with senior leadership teams to influence decisions and drive execution. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
