Job Description

The job involves welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom or field areas. You will greet customers properly, introduce yourself, and offer a business card. In the absence of the requested salesperson, you will provide assistance, offer refreshments, child care, or guidance on other products and services as needed. Observing customer conversations to identify requests, needs, and desires is crucial. By using questioning techniques, such as open, target, and close questions, you will check, discuss, and clarify their needs. You will capture prospect details in a Prospect card and recommend a product that meets their requirements based on the needs analysis. Additionally, you will provide an estimation of the product sales process, including the lead time for product arrival. You will be responsible for conducting both static and dynamic product demonstrations. It is essential to relate product features to advantages and benefits for customers and provide proof of these benefits through methods like test drives, literature, and data. Performing dynamic demonstrations or test drives with a planned route and professionalism is also part of the role. After the demonstrations, you will discuss the customer's experiences. Presenting the right match of offers to meet customer needs and discussing terms and conditions, especially related to promotional offers, are key responsibilities. Handling objections, difficult customer interfaces, and negotiations will require focusing on customer benefits rather than the price. In cases where the salesperson cannot provide a solution, communication with the manager is necessary. Preparing all necessary documents, explaining sales contracts, recording details accurately, and reviewing them with the customer are vital for closing a sale successfully. Ensuring proper delivery of the new vehicle by informing internal parties, preparing vehicle delivery documentation, inspecting the vehicle, and explaining its features to the customer are important steps. Building and enhancing customer relationships through follow-ups, collecting feedback, and promoting company activities are also crucial. The job includes building and expanding the customer database by attending sales and marketing activities, actively prospecting new customers through various methods, and using IT tools to track prospects and customers. Keeping regular contact with customers and prospects, maintaining record of walk-ins and telephone inquiries, and performing CRM activities are part of the role. E-Dealer updating involves entering prospect details promptly, updating follow-ups and test drive details within the specified time frame. If there is a separate e-dealer executive, you will fill the prospect card and hand it over to them.,
