Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant, located in Kozhikode with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing product demonstrations, and understanding customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on the latest technological trends and product offerings. The Sales Consultant will collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of security systems, smart home automation, and IT solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with market research and identifying customer needs
• Experience with technical product demonstrations and presentations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
