Job Description

The Sales Coach role is pivotal in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of the sales team through targeted coaching, feedback, and development strategies. You will be instrumental in driving sales excellence, elevating conversion rates, and strengthening the overall team capability. Your responsibilities will include delivering structured 1:1 and group coaching sessions to support underperforming and developing sales agents. Analyzing sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities will be crucial. Conducting call listening sessions and offering actionable feedback on skills such as objection handling, closing techniques, rapport building, and product knowledge are also key aspects of the role. Collaboration with Training and Sales Leadership to create and execute continuous skill development initiatives will be expected. Supporting new hire onboarding and providing side-by-side coaching during ramp periods will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring post-coaching improvement and maintaining documentation of coaching plans and outcomes are essential for tracking progress. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of sales scripts, pitch decks, and sales tools. Cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement and sales excellence within the team will be a significant focus. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales coaching/training roles is necessary. A strong grasp of sales techniques, CRM systems, and customer journey dynamics is important. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are crucial. You should possess the ability to motivate and influence individuals at varying performance levels. Previous experience in a BPO or high-volume sales environment is considered advantageous. Key skills for success in this role include proficiency in sales coaching and mentoring, performance analysis, objection handling techniques, familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, effective communication, and feedback delivery, as well as a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.,
