Role: Sales Coach

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Mode: Work from Office

Location: Baner, Pune

Salary: Based on interview performance & experience

Shift: Day shift (no night shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Product Training

• Conduct Day 1 onboarding training for all new sales hires

• Deliver monthly refresher sessions on product features, pricing, and USPs

Sales Coaching & Development

• Provide daily 1-on-1 coaching for new and underperforming sales reps

• Take mock calls, give constructive and motivational feedback

• Ensure adoption of the sales pitch, CRM SOPs, and structured follow-ups

Motivation & Team Building

• Conduct monthly 1-on-1s to support motivation and mindset shifts

• Lead weekly team huddles with success stories, best practices, and energy boosters

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in B2C/B2B Sales or Sales Coaching/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field

• Strong command over sales processes, CRM tools, and coaching frameworks

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Motivational, empathetic, and driven to see others succeed
