Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves assisting the sales team to enhance their productivity and customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Contacting customers to schedule appointments and providing up-to-date support material to Sales Representatives. - Inputting and processing orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery according to customer requirements. - Collaborating with different departments for efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries. - Developing and maintaining filing systems to manage sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information. - Assisting in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events to attract potential customers. - Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Key skills and competencies required for this role are: - Strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking skills with a commitment to excellence. - Ability to support sales and marketing campaigns as necessary. - Excellent organizing, prioritizing, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Team player with an open-minded, flexible, and detail-oriented approach. - Excellent communication skills. Qualification & Experience: - BBA/BE/B.Com with an MBA in sales and Marketing. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator. - Mandatory computer literacy, specifically in MS Office. - Proficiency in using various technologies. Note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the Vadodara location.,
