Website: www.marutair.com Position Details·        Role: Sales Coordinator / Back Office Executive ·       Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role ·       Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any stream) ·       Gender Preference: Open for Male and Female candidates ·       Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office ·       Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM ·       Budget: ₹ 4,80,000 Annual CTC (Fixed) Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve coordination, support, and operational assistance for the sales team to ensure smooth execution of all sales processes. Major tasks include: ·       Managing client communications and providing customer support. ·       Preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining records. ·       Handling sales leads, updating CRM, and assisting in lead qualification and allocation. ·       Tracking and following up on payments and order status. ·       Coordinating internally with the operations, project, and service teams. ·       Supporting sales engineers with reports, proposals, and on-field coordination. ·       Daily monitoring of tasks and ensuring smooth execution of the sales pipeline.   Key Skills Required·        Groomed and confident personality. ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·       Strong email drafting and coordination ability. ·       Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools. ·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
