Job Description

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. They handle customer inquiries, prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and help streamline communication between clients and internal departments. The goal is to help the sales team achieve their targets more efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Support Sales Team: Coordinate and support daily sales operations. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM systems. Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients with queries about orders, delivery, or terms. Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation: Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards. Compile and organize sales data for management analysis. Order Processing: Process orders and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to track orders and inventory. Coordination Tasks: Schedule meetings and appointments for sales executives. Assist in the organization of promotional events or campaigns.
