Sales Co-ordinator

Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with dealers and internal departments, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the B2B Sales Team and dealers for order processing, stock availability, and delivery updates.
• Assist and coordinate with Apple Promoters across various dealer outlets to monitor their daily attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Track sales achievements and KPIs of Apple Promoters and ensure timely reporting to internal management and Apple Regional Heads.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including promoter performance summaries, for management and Apple reporting.
• Maintain and update dealer-wise and promoter-wise sales data, target achievements, and performance dashboards.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Sales and Marketing teams in executing Apple channel programs and field promotions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up and multitasking ability.
