We’re Hiring: Remote Sales Executive (Full-Time)

• Earning Potential: ₹1L–₹2L+/month

• Base Pay: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Archea is expanding.

We help interior designers and architects grow their business through proven systems, mentorship, and marketing solutions.

Now, we’re looking for full-time remote Sales Closers to lead high-stakes sales conversations for our premium growth programs.

You’ll be speaking with warm, inbound leads — designers and architects who’ve already raised their hand and said, “I want this.”

Your job?

• Understand their vision. Identify the roadblocks. And confidently guide them into our high-value solutions.

• This is not a freelance or part-time gig.

• We’re looking for career sales professionals who treat sales like a craft.

Your Mission

• Close ₹9–₹18L/month in new business revenue

• Handle 4–6 qualified Zoom calls per day

• Maintain a 10–15%+ close rate

• Re-engage warm leads and optionally generate 20–30 self-booked calls/month (incentivized)

• Keep CRM, trackers, and pipeline fully updated

• Join daily huddles, training clinics, and strategy reviews

Compensation

• Base Pay (Draw): ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

• Extra Incentives: Paid-in-Full bonuses, outbound wins, performance rewards

Schedule

• Zoom Huddle: 10:15 AM IST (Tue–Sun)

• Sales Calls: 12 PM – 7 PM IST

• Optional Training Clinics: Daily

• Daily Reporting: EOD Slack + CRM updates

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

• Have 6+ months of high-ticket or consultative sales experience

• Are fluent in English and Hindi

• Handle objections like a pro and lead with empathy

• Understand the mindset of creative professionals (designers, architects)

• Are tech-savvy and CRM-fluent
